One of the toughest situations our circadian clocks endures is shift work. This is where we go directly against our bodies natural sleep/wake cycle. Following our Sleep Well Session this is the add on for shift rotations and how to best reset your body back to its normal cycle with aim to reduce the turn around so your home life is not affected and when you go back to shift patterns you can help yourself ease in and out of them easier.
