With over a decade of research behind me iv gained an extensive knowledge into the way we are and why we do what we do.
Researching everything from self development programmes, epigentics, human evolution, body language and many more topics and areas all the way to quantum physics, always asking the question WHY DO WE DO WHAT WE DO AND HOW DO WE DO IT BETTER.
With the knowledge I have gained I started teaching alternative health and well-being sessions that are bite-size and fast acting and interesting, with techniques you can use as soon as the session is over for all ages!
The two main parts of feeling better rely on getting a better night sleep and managing our negative thought patterns.
